Now residing at 43 Standish Street, Dorchester, MA. Came to the USA from Southampton, England on the vessel Lapland. Last residence was Barkly West, South Africa. Not married. It is my intention to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to the King of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom I am now a subject through naturalization. I arrived at the Port of New York in the state of New York on or about the 16th day of August, 1920. Subscribed and sworn in the Court of Boston, Massachusetts on 31 July 1923.
